Return Policy

• Please return the defective product and we will promptly ship you a replacement.
• Items returned as defective that are found to not be defective will incur a 20% restocking fee for the returned unit, therefore we suggest contacting the manufacturer as listed in your owners manual for support prior to requesting a return authorization.
• All of the defective cellular phones must be returned to the manufacturer.Refunds will not be issued if a return is made without an RMA number.

How to return an item

• For Customer service or Tech support questions Please E-mail us at www.audio4car.com [CustomerService [at] www.audio4car.com] to notify a defective item and request for an #RMA number. Please, allow 48 hours to respond to your email.
• Please have your order number available.
• When you return the item please include a copy of your invoice or order confirmation email, write your RMA number on it and provide a return reason.
• Returns must be in like new condition.
• Returns will not be accepted without all of the original packaging, manuals and accessories.
• All returns must be received by www.audio4car.com within 14 days from the RMA number issuing date.
• Refunds will not be issued if a return is made without an RMA number or after 14 days of delivery of the order.
• Shipping charges are not refundable.

*** Please note that all returns that will be shipped without a valid RMA number will be refused and package will go back to the sender.
We recommend returns be made via UPS insured freight only.

Return Policy On Jewelry

• Please note that there will be a 50% restocking fee on all Jewelry.
• Any item (s) that will be returned to us would have to be verified by a certified jeweler and will take 5 to 10 business days for items to return to our warehouse.
• Credit minus the 50% restocking fee will be credited to your account with in 14 days after the items are received by our warehouse.

You are responsible for all freight charges.
