The O2 Xphone II is based on the GSM technology (tri-band) so allows user world roaming capability. In addition to its 32 Mb of built-in dynamic memory it also has a mini SD card slot which has a 64 Mb card included in it.

The Xphone II from O2 operates on the Microsoft Smartphone 2003 technology and has a built-in MP3 & MPEG player. The HTML browser will allow browsing of non WAP sites as well and the 176 x 220 pixels sized display ensures that its a good experience.
